Questions
Everything people ask before applying.
If your question isn't here, message me on WhatsApp — I'd rather answer it directly than have you guess.
Adults who want a specific physical change — fat loss, muscle gain, strength, or fixing energy and digestion — and who are willing to record what they eat and what they lift. It works for complete beginners and for experienced lifters who have stalled. It is not a good fit for anyone looking for a plan they can follow without measuring anything.
Yes, and a large share of clients start with no structured training history at all. The first cycle is deliberately simple: fewer exercises, clear portions, and habits you can actually hold. Complexity gets added only once the basics are consistent.
No. Programmes are written against the equipment you actually have — a commercial gym, a basic home setup with dumbbells and bands, or bodyweight only. Tell me what you have access to in the application and the plan is built around it.
You apply, we have a short consultation, then you complete a detailed intake. I write your plan and send it as a document you can read on your phone or print: your profile and targets, coach notes on daily habits, a wake-up protocol, a gram-level meal plan of 4–6 meals, and a matched training routine. You execute it and report back. At the end of the cycle we review the numbers and I rewrite the plan for the next one.
The check-in cadence is agreed on your consultation call and depends on the track you choose. Between check-ins you can reach me on WhatsApp — I reply personally, though not instantly.
You complete the full intake form covering measurements, medical notes, allergies, food preferences, work schedule and training access. Your plan is then written and sent to you. Nothing generic is issued in the meantime.
Yes — it's the core of the service. Meal plans are written around everyday Indian kitchens with portions specified in grams, and vegetarian plans are standard rather than an afterthought. This is fitness nutrition coaching, not clinical or medical nutrition therapy.
Yes. Vegetarian plans are routine, and protein targets are built from dal, paneer, curd, soya, whey and similar sources rather than assuming chicken and eggs. Mention Jain or other restrictions in your application and the plan is built inside them.
Habits, energy and digestion usually shift within the first two to three weeks. Visible physique change takes longer — the documented results on this site span roughly 5 to 15 weeks. Your rate depends on your starting point and how consistently you execute.
Whatever you already have. At minimum: somewhere to train and a way to weigh yourself. Kitchen scales make the nutrition side far more accurate and are worth buying early. If you train at home, tell me exactly what you own and the programme is written for it.
It is custom from the start — that's the entire point. And it's re-customised each cycle against your actual results rather than the assumptions the first plan made.
Report it rather than hide it. Missed sessions and off-plan weeks are useful data: they usually mean the plan asked for more than your week allows, which is a design problem I can fix in the next revision. Nobody is judged for a bad week.
You send an agreed set of numbers — weight, adherence, energy, digestion, training performance, and photos if you're comfortable. I review them against the plan's expectations and either hold course or change something specific, with the reason explained.
It's quoted on the consultation call, because the right programme length and level of contact genuinely depends on where you're starting and what you're chasing. You'll get a clear number with no obligation to continue.
Because one published number would be wrong for most people reading it. A lean beginner training five days a week and someone with 20 kg to lose and a knee history need different programme lengths and different amounts of my time. A 15-minute call produces an honest quote instead of a misleading one.
Fill in the application form and I'll come back to arrange a time, usually within one working day. If you'd rather skip straight to a conversation, message the WhatsApp number in the footer.
Yes. Online coaching works across timezones — check-in times are set to suit yours. Meal plans are still built around the food available where you actually shop.
No. This is fitness and nutrition coaching. If you have a diagnosed medical condition, are pregnant, or are on medication that affects training or diet, work with your doctor — I'll build the programme around their guidance rather than instead of it.
